The HR Executive is responsible for managing employee relations and welfare across all outlets. This includes conducting individual and team meetings, addressing employee concerns, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Executive will also play a key role in reviewing and updating HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
Employee Relationship and Welfare:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Conduct regular visits to all outlets and hold one-on-one meetings with staff to understand their needs and concerns.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings to discuss team goals, challenges, and achievements.
Employee Inquiries and Requirements:
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and requirements promptly.
- Attend to employee demands and ensure their concerns are heard and addressed.
Performance and Conduct Management:
- Monitor employee performance and maintain accurate employee profiles.
- Address poor performance, disputes, and misconduct in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement disciplinary actions, when necessary, in accordance with company policies.
Employee Motivation:
- Develop and implement strategies to motivate employees and teams.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance and achievements.
Policy Review and Implementation:
- Regularly review and update current HR policies to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
- Introduce new policies as needed to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Employee Satisfaction:
- Monitor employee satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Diploma / Professional qualification in HRM from a recognized university/Institute
– Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
– Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and employment laws is beneficial.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficiency in using HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
